So, I dropped by Einstein Bros. Bagels at 1 Harrison Plaza, Box 5069, Florence, Alabama 35630, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
