I don't quite understand the hype around Frutta Bowls. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.

Frutta Bowls on 20th St N, Birmingham, Alabama 35064 was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders.
