With a nickname like Biscuit, I had to go. So glad I got to finally check this joint out with a buddy, and on a rare day off! Very chill, but attentive crew. Great space, and phenomenal biscuit creations. Loved it!
We were on the way to Arby’s and my husband
Saw biscuits and said we must stop he Loved his biscuits and gravy and I loved my avocado toast
We were impressed with the quality, speed of service and overall taste. We will be going back for sure to try out the other items on the menu. Tip -- if you don't like spicy food, ask for the sauce on the side or to be left off altogether.
We have been here three times, tried different biscuits every time, and all have been awesome. Service is great, coffee is tasty and the food is delicious.
Took my future MIL for her first time and we were not disappointed. The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is great. So glad to have this in Birmingham. My favorite is the Kickback Chicken but try them all!!
The kickback chicken biscuit is amazing , the goat cheese and pepper jelly add the perfect flavor combo! Will be back !
Ordered the Kickback Chicken biscuit and it was perfect! Fried chicken patty, with goat cheese, green onions and pepper jelly on the best biscuit I've ever had!
My wife, Susanna, and I eat here almost weekly. The food and service are consistently great. My single complaint is that customers are charged an extra dollar for coffee refills; honestly, $2.50 (the price w/o refills) is already high for standard, drip coffee. At $3.50 for drip coffee with refills, you're charging more than Starbucks; that seems a bit much. I assume that you brew it fresh every 30 minutes or so, anyway, so you're probably already discarding more than you'd lose to free refills. Given your pricing in general, this strikes me as nickel-and-diming your customers. I hope you'll reconsider this practice. Everything else is awesome.
My husband and I have eaten here more times than I can count. Every single thing we've had is amazing, my husband's favorite is the Pork Rambler and mine is the Andouille Hustle. The coffee is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, and there's some good people-watching from the window seats. I just keep dragging people here. Keep it up H&D!
Love it! Had the Chicken. Set. Go for breakfast with fantastic coffee. Was my first time and won’t be my last. #holleranddash
In a last minute scramble, because another caterer fell through, I used Holler & Dash this morning for a breakfast meeting. What I was most impressed with was their customer service and their willingness to come to my rescue. The McEwen & Sons cheese grits bar, Nashville jams, and the biscuits & gravy were a big hit for my clients. Holler & Dash will be my 'Go-To' breakfast caterer! Thanks for doing a great job!
I had the Hollerback - one of the best things I've eaten. We also shared beignets and they were delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.
Great place!! Staff is AWESOME!! Food is delicious and the coffee is top notch!! If you haven't been here yet, you're missing out! It can get crowded, but the lines move very quickly. Go try it!!!
First time to visit today! My bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit was delish! I had no idea how HUGE the biscuits were and also ordered a side of tots (they were awesome too!) I couldn't finish my breakfast but I'll know next time that an order of tots can be shared! Can't wait to visit again!
The food is good and there is a unique spin on how to eat biscuits but a bit pricey. It's also very loud...so don't expect to carry on much conversation! There is a kiosk at the front entrance...which is a great idea! We used it last visit and avoided standing in line. We will definitely return...
The girl with the green hair at the register was a little rude and condescending. It was our first time in and my wife was asking really simple questions. Don't act like we're automatically suppoosed to know how it all works and where it all is. We aren't there to bug you. We're there to support small business and eat great food. And it was great food. Alot of places serve great food, though. You have to put your most accommodating people up front or it will hurt your business. My favorite part was the goat with the cheesehead. Wanted to take him home. He understood me.
My first time here and didn't know what to expect... not knowing what most dishes were or what some ingredients were.
In order to not hold up the line I ordered the Hamabama ... The biscuit it's self was not stale but to me it was a little dry like it had been sitting on a rack for a couple hours ( prefer a fresh hot biscuit) , the Ham was awesome not salty ... The sauce was good not sure what it was... I hope to come back when I can locate a menu and study it..
Hardee’s and Jacks have better biscuits for a lot less. These were too dry and didn’t have good flavor. Too expensive for biscuits....
First visit, but not impressed. Went at lunch. If the design was to get a cold, hard biscuit, overcooked chicken patty, and cheese grits that were hours old then they nailed it. Was not my idea of good eating. Kids may go back but not me. Did nothing for me.
