So, I stumbled upon Honeybaked Ham Company in 100 S Colonial Dr #600, Alabaster, AL 35007, USA, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.

I was excited to try Honeybaked Ham Company, but it left me disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt, and the barista seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.
