About Island Fire

Island Fire Glass and Fine Arts Gallery is on Dauphin Island Parkway, about 10 miles north of Dauphin Island, AL.

We also have a coffee /espresso bar within the gallery and outside seating on a large covered porch.

Island Fire Description

Island Fire Glass began in 2003 when glass artist Matthew Fenske opened a studio gallery in Frederiksted, St. Croix, in the U. S. Virgin Islands. In 2016 Matthew and his wife Rachel moved to the gulf coast of Alabama. We hope to have a new studio in Alabama soon, but in the meantime we will be selling through other galleries in Mobile, coastal Alabama and the Florida Panhandle. Of course our theme remains, as always, Island Fire.

Island Fire is a coffee aficionado's dream. The beans are sourced from exotic locales, and you can taste the difference in every cup. The friendly baristas are always happy to share their coffee knowledge.

I was disappointed with my visit to Island Fire. The iced coffee was watered down, and the prices were unjustifiably high. They need to step up their game.
