Wonderful place! I've been going there for years now, ever since it first opened. It's a family business. Hookah is the best, they only use Khalil mamoon hookahs, which are "the" hookahs that's are top rated. The hookahs are also the cheapest in mobile at $10, unlimited coals, and if you decide to stay there long, the refill on the bowl is only five dollars instead of buy a whole new hookah. Also sometimes they do buy one get one half off hookah everyday. Food is amazing and authentic, the family is from Palestine. I recommend the lamb Kabsah for dinner, which is a spicy rice dish with two large lamb shanks, and for dessert kanafah, which is a sweet cheese treat topped with pistachios. Service is great, they have a small group of cute girls that are really friendly. If you keep coming regularly, you'll get on a first named basis with all the girls. #iloveyouamal

This place is a very relaxing environment to eat food with your whole family and smoke hookah. The food is very good, and I recommend you trying the Kabsah and Ozzie! The hookahs are really good, and they use fauker flavors. The staff is very friendly and provides great service! This is my favorite place to eat Mediterranean food! They also have yummy desserts, and I would recommend trying their dessert called kanafah, and it's homemade!! I'm never disappointed when I come to Kan Zaman!

Service is very good and the atmosphere most pleasant. The food is wonderful. It is fresh and full of flavor. Customer service is outstanding. It was my first time there and I was full of questions. Every question was cheerfully answered and beyond. My daughter and I were treated like special quest. You must go. It's now my must go to place when I am in Alabama.

My experience was pleasant. I enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. It was my first time eating there and everyone was really nice. I recommend the shawarma and the pies. It was delicious! !!

Last night I came in this hookah bar and I have to say wow.



Although the hookah flavor were simple; they had a rich, thick smoke. The hookahs ,themselves, had a gorgeous look to them. I've seen some nice hookahs before, but these looked absolutely fantastic. One simply could examine the hose, and not only see the difference but feel it too. The coals also came in a timely manner.



The entree is high end as far as hookah bar food goes. However, I would like to put emphasis on how good my appetizer was. I ordered a simple plate of cheese balls, and was greeted with a very generous portion of heaven. These cheese balls were so rich I had to order a second helping. My waitress had also told me about a dessert they had. The name escapes me at this moment but it was cheese......... A whole bunch of cheese. It tasted much better then I could've imagined from just looking at it. If you want some tasty, exotic cheese, oh boy, you are in for a treat.



The atmosphere was definitely one that I had not felt before. I was able to lay straight on my back with a pillow for my head while I puffed away. The decorations really made it feel authentic and I appreciate what they were going for.



Do you like pretty girls? Because I know I do! The waitresses greeted me the second I walked through the door. They made me feel like a regular customer even though we had never met. I usually ask for extra lemons with my water, and they gave me EXTRA! I was so pleased. The cafe was packed so the fact that they showed me such generosity and care was greatly appreciated. All the girls were so well informed and could answer all my questions. As far as customer service goes this place is top notch.



I highly recommend this hookah bar and I will be coming back regular.

I had excellent customer service and the food was great and very authentic. Everything I had was just like my mother's homemade cooking. I will definitely go back as often as I can. Prices were reasonable as well. So glad we have this cafe in mobile.

Excellent food. Great service. It takes a little while for the food to come, but when it does arrive it's the freshest you can ever put in your mouth.

The hookahs are good 90% of the time. Way better than Ollie's to say the least. The waitresses, especially Sandra and Vi are very courteous and hospitable. Another plus is that they have good food! Needless to say, I find myself going back often. 5* for service and 4* for hookah, there can always be room for improvement :)
