The frappe machine always seems to be broken or they never have chocolate chips. I love the chocolate chip frappe but like I said there's never chocolate chips almost at every location

Sat in drive through at 6:30 am got tired of waiting so I was going to walk in .the door's were locked and nobody would let me in the worker's thought it was funny I was standing out there

This was one of the worst visits I've had in years. The facility was clean, but the STAFF was absolutely awful. The EXCESSIVE wait time came from employees not working together and the counter staff voicing their issues with customers and co-workers very loudly. I was embarrassed for the poor service all the customers were receiving. I will never again stop at this location!

Just mediocre fast food. But nothing beats a quarter pounder with cheese when you get a craving.

Always been clean when I came and the service is wonderful. Never had one problem. Thanks for all you do to help the children.

If I could give them no stars I would we came in today at 11 and the staff was aruging and ride to customers on there cell phones and being very slow and not dealing with customers I watched my food sit there for 15 min and then had to wait to get coffee and four people that ordered after me got there food before me that ordered the same thing as I did. The breakfast was then cold and nasty. Also was very dirty.

Disappointed in the customer service. Showed up at 11:40pm to dine in because the sign says open 24 hours... Doors were locked and after standing and knocking, we finally got a shoulder shrug! Walked around to find an unlocked door, we rudely got a "lobby is closed!" When asked why the sign says 24 hours, we were given a "we are short staffed" No apology, no we would be happy to serve in the drive you, nothing. Not cool!

The worst, dirty, staff is unprofessional especially the manager Kenya. My son's were looking around to see who was fighting they were afraid because of how loud and argumentative the manager was toward the staff. Do not eat here. Just Horrible

Needs to be demolished and rebuilt in different area of Bessemer employees need to do service nice and clean politeness stop looking so nasty and filthy turns your stomach to see this they need more pride in themselves and the company needs to upgrade Rhodes nasty uniforms put hair back up or something to much hair come people

Customer service is horrible, sometimes food be incorrect and or warm not hot. Conversation among themselves while trying to take your orders. No good hand washing, manager was picking up fries and paper off floor got finished and then start putting orders together, not one time did she wash her hands and I refused my order and got my money back. I really hate going to this McDonald's. Most times I would rather go to the McDonald's off Academy in Bessemer or the one in Brighton they give way better service. I waited the last minute that's how ended up at this McDonald's but never again.

Ideal location for me ez n an out: Although usually busy at drive through every time I go; the workers keep it going very steadily! If there is ever a problem; I've noticed its some 🐴 customer showing their stupidity
HAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION.
