The food was good today but the service sucked. Both Windows the girls had no smile no hi how are you and I asked for an unsweetened tea with six splendas IN IT and was handed my drink and some packets...hello I'm coming through the drive thru I can't fix my drink going down the road. If I had wanted to put packets in it I would have came inside. I have stopped going to several McDonald's in my area because they will not put the splenda in my tea when I come through drive thru this one is no different. One more time and I'm done with this McDonald's. It is sad because I rarely ever complain because I ha e been on the other side but today just really got me.

Ok this is getting old. First time they give me my shakes and tell me to pull up to wait for fish sandwich. 20 minutes later they bring it out. I'm like my milkshakes are melted, can I please have two fresh ones. I'm certain she went in and brought the same two back out. Ok fine but this is last straw, I ordered quarter pounder, get home, bite into it, completely RAW!!!!! I drive back and tell the 12 year old, this is raw, she looks and says ewwwwww! Manager comes over, doesn't say a damn word and throws 4 dollars at me. He should have gave me full amount of ticket and a big fat apology! Rude ignorant ass manager couldn't boil an egg and has the social manners of a fat toad. Thanks for trying to kill me Mc Ass! Why don't you hire a real cook and a manager instead of these spoiled ass brainless brats, probably was on their phone cooking my burger. That generation absolutely does not care. Am I mad, yes I have a weak stomach! Try our new quarter pounder, hot, juicer and RAW!!!!! NO THANKS, I'll stick with the other joints and you know I can just about eat at Olive Garden for the same price. Your a rip off for your crappy E-coli food!!! Why not hire a manager that actually knows something about food and how to speak to a customer intelligently. And I know y'all are just lazy, that shake machine is not broke every other day! Chef Ramsey needs to come in and beat y'all into shape cause you really suck at service!!!!!!! I'm sure if Madea was there she would drive straight through the building. I hope Steak and Shake comes in and pulverizes you cause they are Awesome and better price!

My son & daughter in law just left there with a roach bug crawling out of their bag of food � I will be notifing the health department tomorrow a.m.

First off, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! Within reason, of course. When I clearly say, "I would like a LARGE sweet tea with that" and try to explain it to the lady at the window because I'm being handed a medium. I don't expect an attitude. Especially since I just sat through 4 hours of college. And the lady at the window just looked at me blankly and said "I can't give you a large." And say "why I'm sure it would be cheaper anyways." She continues on how she can't exchange it in the RUDEST manner and then cuts me off while I'm talking and says "have a great day" and slams the window. You know what am I supposed to do ? There's a line full of vehicles behind me, it's not like I can just sit there and knock on the window. Me and my friend that car pool together for college go to this McDonald's around 12-12:30 everyday, and every single day we get attitude and rudeness. They through a fit when we have two simple separate orders that usually consist of mc doubles and a large sweet tea. If you can't make a burger and a large drink without throwing a fit.. Maybe you should go somewhere else for employment. I know most people expect bad rating from McDonald's anyways because it's literally ran by teenagers with attitude problems, but I refuse to be disrespected. Next time I will ask to speak to the manager. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

Mcdonald'S stands out as the best coffee shop in 1503 Woodward Ave, Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35661. Their perfectly frothed cappuccinos and welcoming staff create an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back. It's my happy place.

I dropped by Mcdonald'S for a quick caffeine fix, but the long lines and slow service made it an exercise in patience. I expected better efficiency.

Had a chance to pop into Mcdonald'S at 1503 Woodward Ave, Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35661, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good. The café has a rustic charm with wooden furniture and indie tunes playing in the background. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy your coffee without any fuss.

I was underwhelmed by Mcdonald'S. The latte was lackluster, and the pastries were dry. The overall experience left much to be desired.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at Mcdonald'S located at 1503 Woodward Ave, Muscle Shoals, Alabama 35661. Not only did they craft a beautiful latte with intricate latte art, but their passion for coffee was contagious. It made my visit truly memorable.
