I got a parfait for breakfast, and the parfait they gave me was past their quality sticker date. I also didn't get any granola in my bag to go with it. At least they got the cup of water right. McDonalds restaurants in Theodore/Tillman's corner area have no standards.

Went to the drive thru and placed order at 515. After 15 minutes went in to get money back was told my food was coming up as they were yelling towards the back asking for my order. Finally I just asked for my money back AGAIN and waited another 10 minutes for her to give me my refund. Never again. This isn't the first time I have had problems with this mcdonalds. Hire people who know how to read and treat it as a job not like their moms are asking them to clean their room.

We have been eating here for three years and tonight was a complete mistake we asked a double cheese burger no onion they had a huge lump of onion on it and five pickles for one five pickles don't even come on a double cheese burger then are fries were cold and hard so hard they weren't eatable so now we wasted the money on food that couldn't be ate I'll never come back again

This is by far the worst MCDonald’s I have ever been to in the nation. We ordered a coffee and walked out with nothing because they were sooooo slow.

My husband went to this location this evening. We are from out of town and just needed something quick. He ordered 2 Mc Chickens and a Filet O Fish Combo. He waited close to close to 10 minutes with only one customer ahead of him and we he got back to the hotel the food was incorrect. We received something called a Hot and Spicy Mc Chicken which was disgusting. I tried calling to get the situation rectified and no one answered the phone. It rang at least 30 times.

My family & I have drove in from MS and decided to stop to get some food. Upon getting our order, I did not receive sauce. My nephews burger was wrong, so was my other nephews. After standing there for 15 minutes I got the employees attention (after she saw me standing there) and asked to fix a burger and a sauce. Received the new burger, in which that one was wrong again as well. I ordered a apple pie. They never told me they were out and I never received anything either. There is too much laughing and playing around for this McDonald’s to not fail. Horrible service. Never again.

I’m typing this from the drive thru line. We’ve been sitting in line for almost twenty minutes, we were asked to pull up, many cars have gotten their food, still sitting here. We did not order anything special, hashbrowns, a biscuit, McGriddle, and McMuffin. Finally went inside and waiting on hashbrowns....yeah that’s the story we were given. Ridiculous.



The one positive was whomever is working the window taking payment and orders was really friendly.

I wouldn't recommand coming here I worked there a month in a half and I see people cooking and picking up food with out gloves and to go along with it the super visor came in and took off the front piece to the fry machine and it had old globbed up grease around the wires and all from um not cleaning it and they literally made one of there employees cry by telling her she should quit and not work there cause her disabilities so when I heard and saw all this I quit cause managers do favoritism and all she try and tell me I had to stay at work again and do everything over after I just did and had a long 8 shift this morning this place needs to be shut down people are rude there always playing on phones and all while costumers are waiting for their food

I was in the drive through 5 minutes at the first window and they never came to get my money so I pulled to the second window and the manger snatched my money talking noise it's all good though I'm about to post her pic

I just had the most disgusting experience. I tasted the tea in the drive way and it was old and gross. They said they didn't have any fresh tea, so I got a soft drink. When I got back to work I opened my sandwich. My hot N spicy had brown lettuce on it and the bun was so hard it was inedible.

Hot orange juice this morning. Not exactly what I want after already having to pay an up harbor for the orange juice anyway, not one drink, but two and the money for them gone to waste. Thanks for that, exactly what we were hoping to get.

Got a large fry and a small fry.. got home it was 2 min away and eat a fry it was cold and taste old been there since about couple of hours and WHEN I TRY TO CALL YALL.. YALL DIDNT ANSWER I CALLED 3 TIMES NO ANSWER

Fail to understand the concept of "fast food". Slow and "only taking cash" is random and no set time. Only business that does this. It's annoying trying to stop for food But can't use your card. Get your shit straight
