still hasn't improved much since they remodeled the restaurant 3 ~ 4 years ago. If I were a traveler I'd travel an extra 15 to 20 minutes in either direction to better quality and service.
For two days now this place has been out of all carbonated drinks. I work in the fast food industry and know good and well that all you have to do is call Coca Cola and they will send someone out. I watched car after car pull away from the drive thru when they saw the sign saying no carbonated drinks. Myself included. This is poor management skills.
Need to hire people in the drive thru who can count. Order items of the mcpick 2 and get 1 item. And put some straws and napkins in the damn bag without asking for them
22 minutes to get 2 breakfast burritos. People all around me getting their orders. At 15 minutes I questioned the time. The response was pretty much " who cares?" Someone who heard me asking suggested I let them know I plan to complete the survey they asked me to complete so would they like to offer something free? They did offer apple pie. Have to say they were very busy but that didn't prevent orders all around me from being filled while I waited.
Will never go back .. Shorted my kids there food and when i opend the box he had only 7 nuggets the box was short to and spit as well .. They were old as well when i called to speak to the manager .. He called me a white B word .. I spend my money there 4× a week oh never agian .. Just really rude ...
What makes you think it's OK to put half-eaten chicken nuggets in a Happy Meal? The manager didn't even offer a refund and just laughed it off.
This has got to be the worst McDonald's I have eaten at. Ordered a Quarter cheese plain, they put ketchup and mustard on the bun then scraped it off instead of changing the bun. 4 cars in line ahead of me and I waited 12 minutes to get my order. The French fries were stale. They don't even say thank you anymore. What a dump.
They turned wi-fi off I understand they don't want
People staying a long time. But we never stay longer than eating time. And no other McDonald's has turned the wifi off
The only reason they are getting a one star is because you can not choose a negative star. For a company to be this rude and not customer orientated like they should be it is the worst and rudest place that I have ever had to pay for. I will be staying home or driving out of my way from now on if I want McDonald's to save money plus the attitude and lack of service. If I want to be ignored and receive crappy service I'll go someplace else where at least the food is better. ����
The absolute worst place to get food. Worst customer service, worst accuracy, worst attitudes, worst food. This place is garbage and should be shut down. All these people have all these problems should stop going and watch the go away.
Place sucks more balls than a baseball pitching machine. If the owners want this place to stay in business they need new management and workers as half of them are hateful to the customers.
I took my daughter and niece there for dinner tonight. My niece ordered a chicken sandwich. She opened the box the sandwich was in, and the dang thing was ROTTEN!!! There's absolutely no way the workers didn't know this. Why in the world do They think it's a great idea to serve ROTTEN anything?!?! She didn't even get to bite into before we threw it away!
I really do despise this McDonald's. Every single time I go there they tell me they are out of what I ordered and this is after I have already paid for it!!! Plus I wait in line, seems life FOREVER to tell me they are out after I have paid! This time they were out of Coke?? Who is out of Coke, so.....I said ok give me Dr. Pepper. Oh my,,,they are out of Dr. Pepper. I know they have several machines and one of them had to have coke or dr. pepper!! Just frustrated....because it is every time that we go there.
I ordered two big breakfast this morning with pancakes for my grandsons ,brought them home and the pancakes were so tuff we could not cut them with the knife that was provided.My wife said she thought they were yesterday’s pancakes.
I ordered something simple. My exact words were, "One sausage biscuit and a regular coffee". After a fairly long wait at another counter I was given a tray with a wrapped biscuit and the server picked up a paper cup, lid already on it, that was in a group on a shelf and put it on the tray. I went to a table and then hunted for some creamer. None was found. You aren't allowed to get your creamer yourself, you have to go back and ask for it. Unwrapped my sausage biscuit. There was no sausage in it, just a biscuit. Looked at my receipt. It said "sausage biscuit" but the next line said "no SAUSAGE". My last visit there!
I ordered a Big Mac combo. Cold fries, way too much lettuce, meat patties completely out of the bun, very little sauce.
Had a coupon for free medium fries and soda with purchase of a signature crafted sandwich, went through the drive thru. Told them I had a coupon 2 times, i was talked over both times and given a full price for a combo. Got to the window, told the girl I had a coupon. She looked like I had committed a crime and took forever to give me the correct price. I live about 1 1/2 miles away and had to heat the food up before I could eat it. The sandwich was awful. The "artisan" bun was just a bun without sesame seeds. So done with McDonald's.
Ever since they opened McDonalds back up, the service and quality of the food is terrible. The workers are rude and your order is never correct. Very disappointed!!
Drive thru screens aren't working, so you can't confirm your order. Girl that took our order was rude, kept cutting us off. Guy at the money window didn't confirm the order before blurting out a total and taking our payment. We then looked at our receipt and asked the girl at the pickup window to correct our order. She was beyond rude, then turned and told whoever was making the order "he didn't say that" when we in fact repeated our order 2 or 3 times to begin with! Manager was nice, offered an apology and refunded us as requested. Drive thru employees need a little customer service training!
