Consistently terrible service. Very unfriendly, except for a few gems. The manager definitely sets a sour tone. The ONLY upside is a few of its staff are genuinely trying to provide a nice experience.

Every time I go through the drive thru here the service is slow food is cold and sloppy just like tonight the drive thru was very slow took 7 minutes just to get my order in but ended up leaving before I could pay for my food. just way too slow won't be back again

i work next door so i walk to get my large ice coffee every morning 7 days a week for over year for me and my co workers , every time the manager does my coffee the cup is half empty i pay almost 9 dollars for three large hazelnut coffee every morning plus 2 -3 times a week we get our breakfast and lunch from the same location and he always have an attitude like im getting my coffee for free or something, i know they busy location but all what we asking for is good attitude and the right order, they just lost customer and burger king is down the street im sure they will appreciate our business

We were waited on promptly, the young lady taking my order was friendly. Our food was fresh and fast.

It's sad when you pay for something you don't get. I had 2 (#1 and #2) orders and they were thrown in the same bag. I asked about this and they said the order was complete...when I get home I am missing a Big Mac and an order of fries.....sad!

The girl in the hole who was taking money in drive threw got the order wrong after we repeated it many times in drive threw had an attitude ! She needs to loose it and will be a better crew member! The guy at the next window was great ! 3 stars

Really bad attitude in drive thru. Order was wrong. When called in to question the two managers on duty argued with me. The manager a black older man was very rude. I go to this store almost every day because I work at the call center across the street. If I was to treat a customer this way I would be written up and/or fired. Very disappointed in the morning crew.

I was in the drive thru at 2:20 am and it took more than 5 minutes for a sausage burrito and a lg Dr. Pepper. I waited behind someone that whole time. When I have gone other places if the persons order was going to take more than a minute or two they are asked to pull forward and someone brings it out. That should have happened this morning. I was not happy with my service.

Good service during the day, but going after 11pm is a disaster. Not where you want to stop if you don't want to wait in line for 30 minutes

Terrible service!! Not a car in the parking lot and paying 3 extra dollars for toppings and still can't get food cooked fresh for the third time in a row despite specifically asking for it.. do not eat here unless you just enjoy poor service and wrong orders!!!

This mcdonalds is the absolute worst, the customer service is horrible, the people dont get the orders right... 2 thumbs down.. and on top of that they dont even apologize after thry messed up the order...
