Burgers were good and the order was correct. Major improvement with customer service. I didn't have to repeat my order and the staff was friendly. Big improvement over the last 3 weeks or so.

Good place for a cheap breakfast and coffee but not caring much for the rest of the menu. Nice quick service. If you order and sit down they will bring your food to you by number at your table.

I asked for everything to be cooked for me.. . Everything was fresh and hot. And the employees were so frendly yge system went doen while we were ordering and the manager jumped right on it. I drive from Bessemer and pass two McDonald's to come here. Thanks for the great service.

Day shift is usually fine but their night shift needs ALOT of work I was the only one in the drive thru at 12:40 am and it took about 30 minutes to get my order and it was wrong.

I usually do the drive thru.,but they try to make everyone happy. Turn in ur own suggestions and they will try. Hueytown residents didn't get enjoy the buy one get one free deals this month, because u guys were closed, for remodeling. Hopefully you will make it up to them???.

The best McDonald's in the entire Birmingham area! Helpful, friendly, efficient staff and the great quality of food makea for an excellent experience overall!

I've been there twice both times my order was messed up or incorrect the first time we were dining in the manager personally remade my meal and gave me a dessert and a fresh order of fries and a drink on the house that was rather nice. The next time we went we only got one of our special orders correct but it was okay we were able to fix it by simply scraping off the onions.

Good Food, good customer service, great play area outside for the little ones and no matter how busy they are they are always quick to get you your order ...

I love this place! Staff is friendly, food is fresh and usually clean bathrooms! Also, local people hang out in the mornings and are very friendly.

They are hit or miss, service can vary depending on staff. 50% good.
