Guy who took order was stoned all tables were dirty and the person sweeping couldn't put the pan on the floor so she just kept sweeping the dirt under the pan Im sure she was also stoned but the management was nice even knew english

Clean and nice worker. Had to wait a little while for our food but over all happy. 95 health score.

This McDonald's in calera is looking really bad now. I took my kids there today and it was nasty in there. There was trash all over the floor. The ice machine had no ice in it. And I told the women that works there that there was no ice in the machine and she just said yes ma'am and kept sweeping. The service was not very nice. I ordered the new chicken strips and they were really over cooked. So I was not a happy person when I left there.

I have been a long time customer of this particular McDonald's but it seems as if each and every time I choose to go in I'm always met with opposition. Employees are verbally abusive towards customers, such as myself. I can't even order my food without a group of employees huddled up talking about me and my family!!! This occurred October 12 between 4 and 4:30pm. They are always out of everything and they neglect to inform you until you have completed your order. I WILL NO LONGER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Average during peak hours. Don't expect to go through the drive thru in less than 20 minutes after 9pm. Expediency is part of the service; you don't get to totally ignore that after peak hours.

Clean! Fast! Friendly! We were there late, almost closing time, Everyone was all Smiles and had our food to us quickly!! AWESOME playground for the little ones!!

Terrible service. Took forever to get our order and was not crowded at all. After 3 trips back to the register, they still did not get our order right.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. I brought my family of 9 to this McDonalds for a quick brunch. We were on a trip home from Florida and were driving to Ohio. That is a 14 hour drive. We arrived at about 10:30 after driving for 4 hours. When we got inside there were 2 other people and they already had their food. I knew from right when we started to order that this McDonalds wasn't going to be good. When we started ordering the cashier didn't even give us a a hello and/or a smile. (I know that's not a necessity but It would be a nice gesture.) The cashier didn't seem to know what she was doing and was very slow at taking orders. It took about 15 minutes to get our food which is a very long time considering that you're re-cooking pre-cooked food. When we got our food, everything was wrong. First of all, the receipt didn't have half of what we ordered on it, and many items were completely wrong or missing. Only half of my family got what they actually ordered. We took our food back up to the counter and told the employees that the order was wrong. They were VERY rude. Finally we got them to remake our food but they insisted that one of my kids never ordered even though I know for sure she did. Long story short my daughter didn't get her meal and had to share with other people. By now, there was a long line so we couldn't order her more food if we wanted to make it home on time. When we started eating we realized that a lot of the stuff that was supposed to be on our food weren't there. I didn't have cheese on my sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin, my husband didn't have cheese on his cheeseburger, my other daughter didn't have any ketchup or mustard on her cheeseburger, there wasn't any icing or cinnamon on my sons Cinnamelts. At this point we were to mad to go ask for those things to be fixed. We ate and left but by then it had been an hour since we got there. yes an HOUR. McDonalds is known for being a quick and convenient place to eat and get back on the road. I admit with a family of 9, McDonalds will never get your order exactly right and it might take a while but this was just ridiculous. DO NOT go to this McDonalds. If I were the manager I would fire everyone on that shift. It was whoever was on that shift about an hour ago on the day I posted this. Please make changes. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again and I do not recommend that anyone come to this location. (Side note: there was a sign in the women's restroom said not to put toilet paper in the toilet)

We had a pleasant experience!
Our food was hot and salads were full...
Clean tables and full stack napkins and supplies, restrooms were clean and stacked.
We travel for work I don't remember a McDonald's as clean and friendly as this one.

worked here for 2 years... New porch monkey took over as manager, fired several people for no reason, filed the paperwork as they all quit, and has cost me 3 jobs due to bad reference, which is illegal. i will be contacting the BBB, Corperate Office, and as they employ SEVERAL illegal Mexicans, i will also contact the ICE to have them removed... supposedly the store is doing much better but they have to borrow employees from other stores causing those stores to not be able to serve their customers correctly. So Angelica at the calera mcdonalds is just a monkey sista with just a hood attitude, avoid this place like the plague... i will not even go in there to piss (unless its in her pocket).....

The place was nasty! Trash was everywhere, even stacked up in backs outside the door! There were fries squished in the floor. The bathrooms were disgusting. It seemed like the older manager was the only one working. She was constantly having to remind people to do their jobs.
