Food was nasty tasting. Pulled to the drive thru only to hear the infamous " hold please" after 10 min she said can I help u? Fast af. Very unprofessional, too many bums hanging around outside. I went inside to pee and almost fell on them slippery ass floors. No tissue and it smells like poo inside. Yuck
Everybody Bow Your Head....lets pray for this pitiful place. If u can just pass this one and go on down to Wendys or some thing.

Food was fast and hot. But the floors were so slick I caught myself about 5 times trying not to fall. The bathroom was under stocked and again so slick it was hard to get a grip while standing up. Hope this isn't an everyday thing.

This McDonald's should have its staff retrained on everything, especially the cooking of food and the city's loitering policy . If not. Shut it down. I just gave $10 of my hard earned money for the second time for uneatible food. I won't go back again unless there are changes.

This particular location is the worst in pretty much anywhere.. Between deplorable wait times in the drive thru, and the lackluster " don't give a damn" attitude of the employees (whom walk through the visible parts of the back with cigarettes in their hands.) I will never stop here again...

Sooooooooo slow. Took over 45 minutes to get breakfast when it finally came it was wrong so I had to pull up and wait another 20 minutes for my food but this was not before the manager insisTed that I had ordered the food they gave me. The drive through worker realized it was the car's behind me order. They did apologize and gave me my food free but I'd rather have gotten my food in a reasonable amount of time and paid for it. They get three stars for apologizing and trying to make it right.

I was HIGHLY DISSATISFIED!!!… I have never been to a McDonald's such as this one and encounter ALL it comes with. NOT ONLY WAS MY FRENCH FRIES PARTIAL OLD, THE CREW/MANAGEMENT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL(attitudes in dealing with customers, orders wasn't correct, discussion in matters that should NOT be talked about while at work etc.), AND MOST OF ALL THAT WAS UNAPPRECIATED, NASTY!!!, STOMACH-GROSSING AND ALL-IN-ONE BAD SERVICE WAS THE ROACHES!! I went a while back before this night to see a roach in there. I looked and immediately It was disturbing. When I was at this McDonald, 7/24/2017 around the 7'0clock hour, I was taking the paper off my straw, I under threw and it rolled in the trash can dispose. I moved to get the paper and ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES was just by the numbers. To know what I saw, management seen of what I saw in my way of reaction. She then immediately left. TRULY, this matter has to be resolved. The service at THIS MCDONALD'S is not up to par. We as people DESERVE to get better, accommodating, healthy, and clean service. No one wants​ to eat there for many reasons, I STAND to say me neither. This POST is very real and needs to be taken as URGENT matter. I can't eat one more bite of it knowing it's not safe.

This location closes too early in the dining room. I was their two times about 9:30 pm & the door was already locked The staff is not pleasant. I felt out of place & uncomfortable when I did go inside & order. The atmosphere in the store felt negative as well. I'm sorry. Idk why it was like that. I just know it would help them to work on their overall presentation when it comes to customers. :)

There customer service is awful. They need to change the hood mentality. And be more conscience of other people's time. All the male employees needs to dress neatly tuck their shirts in and pull their pants up. Its a place of business not the club. Restroom are nasty. And the cashiers need to smile more and managers need to be more professional.

The drive thru lady was awful she was very rude and disrespectful.I've never been so disrespected in my life.so I called Customer service and reported her I was so mad .. They took immediate action and fired her
