Just your average McDonald's; nothing spectacular but not bad. Faster than many other locations in suppose.

Service has really become unpredictable at this location over the last 6 months. Opens at 5 most days, but have found the doors locked at 6. Runs out of cash and will only accept credit/debit cards way too often. What you order and what you receive may not be the same. May be better to keep riding and find the next one...

This used to be one of the better McDonald's stores around. Unfortunately something has changed and now it's just like every other McDonald's around... terrible service and bad food.

Unfortunately, it and Krystal's are the closest fast food to my house. Service is consistently horrible and the food is consistently bad. I would rather drive 5 miles out of my way to go to the 280 or Hoover store than eat. I have traveled all over the country for work and I have to say this has to be the worst McDonald's that I have ever been to.

There was a very long wait at the drive through.... when I got to the window to pay, the girl had her back to the window playing with her cell phone. She had her back to me for 5 minutes before she saw me and then took my payment. There was a line of cars behind me. When I got to the window to pick up my food, I told the young lady that the person taking payment was playing with her phone and not dealing with the customers.

This was the nastiest McDonalds I have EVER been in. Coke machine was squirting syrup everywhere. Tables had leftover food on them. Seats were the same. Bathrooms were beyond nasty! Men's had cleaner sprayed on but left, never wiped off, running down walls and urinal. Woman's had toilet paper all over, pee in floor, poop on wall, hair all in sink. Just disgusting!!! (Staff looked at me like I was crazy when I told them about the bathrooms.) Trash cans were covered in spilt drinks, gravy, salt, etc. One young man walked out looked in trash can, turned and got right back on his phone. Food was soso. Feel sorry for people going through drive thru. If only they could see how filthy this place really is!!! Will NOT be going back!!!! I am not a person of money but I do expect where I eat to be clean! PS. Shae was very sweet.

I assume a Chick Fil-A manager's skin must crawl if they ever have to eat here after seeing the way this place is run. I come here quite a bit but only because the location is convenient for me. Food is fine, once you finally get it.

Ordered two egg McMuffins- it was an English muffin with eggs. One sandwich had an egg shell inside the egg. No cheese or ham in either of the sandwiches. One of the oatmeal had a long piece of hair in it....oh and they gave us absolutely no utensils. Glad we can eat our hairy oatmeal with our hands, thanks.

The experience was fine. The food was tasty. They were doing some maintenance on different equipment (which is totally understandable) so things were a bit "messy" behind the counter. Other than that, everything was fine.

If could rate negative I would. Stupid people in drive thru. Long waits. Have never received correct order from drive thru in at least 10 visits.

I bought 2 of the Grand macs they were not done took them back. Get home and these 2 are not done either. I tried calling back several times can't even get a answer. Very sad

Always fast, friendly service. It's always clean and the food is always good. They seem to really care
