Had to wait in drive thru for 10 minutes because the person ahead had some kind of digital coupon. !#?? Your person taking the order didn't know what She was talking about. !!! Then when I finally got to threw window they didn't have my order ready!!%"#?? If some one is using this type of coupon, making them come inside and order. !!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large fry.... was running late didn't check the bag until I was down the road....they gave me a small fry that was cold and nasty. Ticked off. Learn to get orders right!

Guy at cashier window was super creepy and was looking at me with a very offended look. I don't know what I did to have him look at me like I just murdered a whole school. All I got was an unsweetened tea.
In the end: tea was good, cashier was creepy and rude, but young lady at the second window was nicer.

Tried the new buttermilk dipped white meat chicken. It was extra crunchy on the outside and moist in the middle. Very good.

It is a cute little dog park with separate fenced in areas for large and small dogs. There is a playground for kids and also a walking trail along a creek. It is a good place to have a picnic in one of the pavilions at the park.

My nephew usually goes thru the drive thru at McDonald's 3 or more nights a week on his way home from work to eat he and I something to eat. My nephew ordered two quarter pounders with cheese, 2 large fries, 1 big mac, 3 fish filet sandwiches with mayo and cheese. The employee working the drive thru window tonight had to get the employee prepares the sandwiches to remake the fish filet sandwiches 5 times. The employee that works the drive thru was laughing, joking and cutting up with the other employees.
There isn't anything wrong with the employees joking around as long as they pay attention and do their job.

The kids behind the counter were more interested in their phones than serving the customers. I have wanted to try the Rolo Mcflurry for several weeks now but the ice cream machine is always broken. Plus, out of my last 7 trips to this particular store, my order has been wrong. I will not be back.

This is about to Pinson McDonald's every time I go there it's got a crowd but the service is so great you're not there long the people are smiling are the Curtis the t is great when they run out you don't have to just stand now they get your cup fill for you quickly I like what I see each time I go there that's why I constantly go back posted something the other day on a few other McDonald's they don't compare but here in the Pinson I'm going to have to give them a 5-star they got it going on. You're hot every time you get their Fries Are Always On Point

I wish i could give this location ZERO stars. The person that took my money was very friendly however once I drove up to the next window to receive my food the woman proceeded to very quickly hand me my beverages which had the tops very Loosely placed and one only half way on, to the point that we need at least 10 seconds two properly adjust said tops. I had no problem with that until she began to rush me to get my food, upon getting the food I looked in the bag to make sure that my order was right because many many times I have come to this location I have either not received my food or it was the wrong order, I noticed that none of the sauces that were requested were in the bag after asking for them she had a very nasty attitude and pretty much threw the sauce is in my hand and proceeded to tell me that she had no clue what was in my bag so how was she supposed to know what I needed. I've then told her that she needed to fix her attitude, her response was that I needed to fix mine. She then shut the window in my face as I spoke to her and put her hands up. Being a paying customer and having years of customer service experience, I can honestly say, I've never seen ANYONE do ANYTHING this disgusting or rude to a customer. I went inside and asked to speak to the manager she then , in front of the manager , proceeded to have the same attitude she had with me at the window, the manager told ME to not GET loud as her employee CONTINUED to talk VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO ME . This was the MOST DISGUSTING DISPLAY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGERIAL IGNORANCE I'VE EVER OCCURRED and I WILL NOT BE GIVING ANYMORE OF MY BUSINESS TO A PLACE THAT ALLOWS THERE EMPLOYEES TO SPEAK TO ANYONE IN THIS MANNER.

I've got to where if my kids want McDonald's I just drive to center point because the Pinson location always messes up my order forgets food in my bag or makes it wrong I'm highly allergic to onions and they put the on my sandwich every time. Not to mention they just throw your food in a bag you open it to check it before you pull out of the parking lot because you know you are going to have to go back on and your fries are trumped over and your sandwich is hanging out of the box. The worst part is they are rude there they are not considerate and if you ask them to fix your order they act like you are the worst person in the world. It's sad I have 4 children that love McDonald's but I will not go to the Pinson location again

Y'all need to go back to the sugar y'all were using in the tea the new liquid sugar is not good in the tea !!!!!
