Wouldn't take our order at 2:16am was not nice about it at all. She was just sitting in the window talking to someone in a car but not working at all. Bad service!!!!

Very polite staff however I asked for light guacamole however. they gave me heavy guacamole other than that everything was great!

If you dont have over 30mins to wait, please dont go to this location. I went for 1 strawberry sundae and a small fries and took them 27mins. That was around 1p.m.

I came to McDonalds at 1:16am. They ignored me coming through the drive through and kept sweeping the floor. Rude and unprofessional asses.

First your out of fries. I asked for no onions on my sandwich and got onions. The only thing you had to get right was 1 sandwich and they couldn't get it right. Food is never right and cold. They need to close this location down. ASAP

Managers try hard to correct problems, it has a large turn over, thus mistakes, but the manager structure and their interaction with their employees and customers are awesome. Kudos for being nice and kind and treating folks how you would want treated....this is Pinky by the way...wink...hint...just in case you wanted to reward me for telling the truth...66GTO LOL

This is the worst McDonald's ever rude customer service the owner is not taking responsibility for anything that goes on in this ghetto McDonald's food is cold slow service. Please people complain ask for the owners number this would never happen in Mountain Brook Hoover vestavia. We deserve better treatment our money keeps them in business.

I waited in drive thru for 20 mins then was asked to pull around and wait for 15 more minutes only for my order to be wrong then I had to get out and go in and wait an additional 15 min for them to fix it. This is fast food why did it take as long as a fine in restaurant. I will never go back I value my time clearly they don't!

Don't eat from here! This place is a dump and the hire nothing but dope feins and fucked up ex cons who spits in your food, put animal blood in the ketchup and rude as Hell. You're dumb if you eat from here.
