I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's they were giving everyone else the opportunity to order except my friend and then told her to leave instead of taking her order this McDonald's sucks

Used the drive through for a quick breakfast and coffee before work and the morning rush made the wait more than 10 minutes long. Staff was clearly in a hurry as I only managed to order the sausage biscuit before they asked me to pull forward. A morning without coffee just wasn't the same. Still the food was up to McDonald's usual standards and the staff wasn't unfriendly.

lady at the window was rude and pulled us up for 2 coffee drinks and had to wait 10 minutes on those. Not worth the money, for nearly the same price I could have Starbucks. Ordered a mcChicken biscuit and they gave me their more expensive southern style filet biscuit. I've worked fast food, so I know it's not an easy job but I'm really tired of the attitudes. You've gotta stand there and get your hours in and bring home that check honey so why do it with a chip on your shoulder?

Very friendly staff. Very fast service. They even have security in the afternoons which makes you feel much safer.

While waiting in line, I was heckled by what appeared to be some teenagers. No one in the store took notice of the incident, and these juveniles, who were not ordering food, were allowed to continue loitering on the premises. The cashier took my order and was very friendly, but was obviously not well-trained. This used to be my favorite McDonald's in the city. It is quickly going down hill.

Poor service and old nuggets when I asked for some fresh nuggets I got attitude as well as my food thrown at by a manager. Unacceptable behavior towards customer and the store manager isnt willing to address the issues.

Customer service is awful. When you ask for condiments theh huff roll their eyes and when giving it to you its done with an attitude...went thru drive thru and had 100$bill and when the young lady asked manager for change she very rudely said tell em ee dont have it im not gettin in the safe right now im tired. . guess she didnt think we could hear....nerd all new employees shift leaders mngrs and all

McDonald's on Madison is the most hood ass restaurant I've ever been to.. Let alone how the food is not up to part.. Managers are not professional at their jobs.. If they mess up your order you do not get a proper refund.. McDonald's on Madison will never get my service again... Drive Thru is horrible!!!

Very busy between 11 and 1. The employees are very loud, and are either inadequately staffed or poorly trained. It seemed as though every order going out, came back shortly after missing items. Staff is chewing gum while working, which drives me crazy.
