They suck. It was literally 4:59am and instead of the waiting on someone who was at the box. They wited until 3. Poor management . I run a store and if I have customers lined up as a manager I'm gonna make my store money. Y'all suck Geneva McDonlads. Everytime I come here it's always something. This will be my last time using this location.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Burgers we half off the bun, happy meal missing stuff, caramel macchiatos had no caramel, and the fries were as cold and hard as they could be, this was the second time in a week that they messed up, but when it's the closest place to go, you really don't have much other choice. Never again though.

We had to wait nearly one hour for our food and the burgers at the jail are bigger and better than the ones they spit in a happy meal.atleast the smoke breaks out near the garbage dumpster helps them stay calm during a 5 people rush hour and that also includes drive thru

You always have to pull forward and wait on food. Even if there is no line behind you and your ice cream is melting. Then you'll have to take your food back in because it is wrong (and forget the ice cream...it's now milk). The frappe machine is always being cleaned. They used to be much better.

The manager had a disagreement with and employee in the front of the store when it should of been done in private. It was done in front of all the customers including my young children and my mother

They seem to get our orders wrong or don't even give us half the food. Also could be more friendly.

Cussed at by an employee as the manager laughed.. very rude and disrespectful establishment after I the customer waited 8 min for a drink... Shouldn't I be the one upset?

Last night me and my family went to this MacDonalds and the employees was very rude they had no straws the ice cream machine was down my burger was burnt my fries were cold my order was wrong and they have no ketchup the place was a huge mess where you go to sit down and eat they close at 12 so why are you mopping and sweeping the floor when you have costumers eating there food that's nasty will not be going back to this McDonald's

Asked for no mustard or ketchup got both fries cold asked for hot fries watched kid put cold fries back in heated serving area ! Called # posted to report problem got voice mail said leave #will call back but I guess not what year also won' t answer phone in Geneva
