I expected more from Nelson Brothers Cafe. The coffee at 312 17th Street North, Birmingham, Alabama 35203 was mediocre, and the pastries were uninspiring. Given the hype surrounding Nelson Brothers Cafe, I was let down by the coffee's lack of depth and the unremarkable pastries.
