My go-to for fast, good and healthy. I only hold onto my 5 star reviews for the best of the best. But I do go hear probably more frequently than anywhere else.

Food is great; however, never order your food from the drive thru. They can’t get an order right to save their lives!

They did not give me a pagrt or call my name when my food was ready. Had to assime it was mine. Also, they didn't get my pastry. Had yo ask for it. And they didn't have my favorite soup, cream of chicken and wild rice.

Dinner waa good. They forgot my salad dressing but no worries. Cashiers we're sweet and helpful in replacing my panera card.

This Panera Bread has a convenient location next to I-65 with easy on/off access. The staff is courteous and efficient and the food is excellent as I have come to expect from other Panera Bread locations.

This was my first visit, so I had no idea what to order. The staff was so helpful, and answered all my questions. The food was AMAZING! Will definitely be back!

Not what I am used to with a simple order. I've never had to get a pager for a sliced and toasted bagel with cream cheese. That said, the staff was friendly and service was fast. The dining area was clean and parking was easy.

Update: went in again this week and they put the wrong cream cheese in my bag on a to-go order. Not the end of the world but annoying when you don't discover it until you're already at work.

Be very specific with online ordering preferences. Ordered 40 bagels of different types monthly. And first order all of them were just thrown in a bag, sweet and salty, sugar on my asiago bagels. Since then I've been specific about how to package everything and they've been very accommodating.

A nice Panera. Usually stop here on my way to and from Montgomery. Little hard to get to the parking lot if you don't know where you are going. Other than that, great location.

LOVE this place, the food is always fresh and exactly as ordered. Staff is very friendly, great atmosphere.

Bad service. Cashier slow to take orders. Traveling through on my way to Tennessee. Ordered a small coffee, they did not know that they were out. I had to wait for them to brew more. Manager's responsibility to make sure coffee does not run out. Very disappointed.
