It's good food but expensive. Love their hibiscus tea and pastries are yummy.

Always great tasting food and great customer service. On Rapid Pickup they have often made mistakes on our order, but overall a great experience.

We really like Panera, the bacon, egg & cheese b'fast sandwich was fresh hot and had good taste, the pecan brade was very good also.
The 2 souffles were over cooked on the top but the flavor overall was good, just not visually appealing and in the dining area there were several tables that needed to be cleaned off. VISUAL appeal again!

Consistently good food, drinks, and service! Enterprise needs more healthy choices for restaurants like this.

Great food and fair prices like any Panera bread but the customer service leaves something to be desired. We tried to go for dinner only to find that they were closed for a training meeting at 7:00 with all the lights and signs on. When we went to the door a manager came over, didn't acknowledge us, just made sure the door was locked and walked away.

Walked in and everyone was busy cleaning but no one to take my order. Waiting for my sandwich had to listen to cooks gossip and complain about
hours they had to work.. The girl set my sandwich on the counter mid conversation with her coworker without looking my way or indicating what was in the bag,... or saying thank you.

Love their foor, but you don't get much for your money
