So, I stumbled upon Pj'S Coffee in 6510 Spanish Fort Blvd, Spanish Fort, AL 36527, United States, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.
