This is where I buy all my coffee now. I had been looking for the perfect coffee and tried it all, just about, when a friend introduced me to this place. Tyson is great. The first time I went in we talked about the different beans and roasts he he had at the moment. I left with the Nicaraguan Light Roast but not before he let me sample it. It was just roasted <24 hours before my purchase. I can't get much more fresh than that. I like plain black coffee but he also has a good selection of the dessert coffees as well.

This guy knows his stuff. He can recommend the best way to brew his coffee, the right temperature, and even will make you a delicious drink. I tried his cold brew the last time I was in and I'm basically an addict now. The store has the kind of atmosphere that you would want to take your favorite book, order a coffee, and just sit there and read for a while.

The atmosphere when you walk in is just so inviting. The shop plays great music and you feel at home when you're there. I went in the yesterday for an iced Carmel latte and was suprised that it wasn't overly sweet; like other shops. It was just sweet enough to where it wasn't loaded with sugar, but that the coffee didn't over power the flavor. This place is great, I highly recommend it!

So excited about this place. We tried the iced coffee, the cappuccino and the macchiato and they were all amazing. We also bought some beans to go. Go by and give it a try and be sure to talk to the owners and listen to their passion.

My sister & I visited this morning. She tried the Crow eye & I got a Latte with vanilla, they were both amazing. I have recently become very loyal to any local coffee shops that I can find & I love this place. I live close by so this will definitely be my new stop when I'm in need of some coffee, so excited they're here! South Huntsville has needed a real quaint coffee shop like this one for quite some time now. Atmosphere was quiet & definitely has a true coffee shop feel unlike what you get a big corporate stores (I think you know which I'm talking about). Owner is also super nice! Please please, come & try this place & keep it local. The coffee is delicious!

My husband and I stopped by for the first time this morning. We tried the gingerbread latte and plain black coffee (medium roast). Both were really good. The gingerbread latte was delicious, had great flavor and not overwhelming sweet. We also purchased some bags of coffee beans for Christmas gifts. The employees were very friendly and did not rush through making our drinks. We will definitely be back.

Love the peaceful atmosphere of Biblical worship music at this coffee shop. Great place for video ministry, one-on-one discipleship, small group Bible studies, and sipping on some delicious iced coffee while spending some quiet time with Jesus. You gotta check this place out!

Love the coffee. I have been addicted to their organic light roast beans for a while now. Also, I get great responses to questions through facebook, including tips on making a great cup of coffee. Super friendly staff. I'll never go to the grocery store for coffee again! If you think you love coffee, but tend to reach for the big coffee chain beans or ground coffee, I urge you to buy here and try. You will never go back.

Just got a pound of the Costa Rican Sunrise Roast. It is excellent. No cream or sugar is needed to enjoy the full flavor. Usually the aftertaste of coffee gets to me after a few minutes, but I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of the flavor in this coffee. I recommend any coffee lover in or near Huntsville to visit the shop. Looking forward to trying more of what Rooster's Crow has to offer. Also, the owner cares deeply about his craft and has done his due diligence to provide the very best for his customers.

I stopped in to grab some fresh roasted coffee with a friend and was telling her what a jewel this place was. As we were being served I couldnŌĆÖt help but over hear a conversation between the owner and a gentleman customer standing close by. The customer softly admitted his wife had just died. We were promptly served then the owner came out from behind the bar, gave the gentleman a cup of coffee, with hand on his shoulder, the two went over and sat on a couch in a corner. I watched as he gave comfort to this poor man in his grief. The two didnŌĆÖt appear to be friends, but a shop owner that would put such a high priority on kindness and ministering to a wounded manŌĆÖs heart has my business for life. Clearly, the owner not only has a heart for making excellent coffee but for souls. Bless you! And, may God continue to bless your business.

I stopped by this weekend on my trip to Huntsville.



Now I'm somewhat of a coffee snob. Sure, I'll drink any coffee but if I have a choice I want the best quality.



This is hands down the best coffee in Huntsville. The beans are roasted in house which makes for a perfect cup of coffee.



The staff is just as warm and welcoming as their coffee. Tyson and I had a great conversation about coffee, business, and life.



I can't wait to come back to Huntsville and try more of their coffee. But for now I'll be drinking coffee made from their beans.

I never thought coffees tasted different until I had Roosters. I now don't want any from other companies. My favorite coffee shop to sit at alone or with company, & with my baby. The owner is always there, working, & conversating with his customers. Tons of food & drink options. Perfect all around!

I can't say enough about this place. I lived in Washington state for about six years and got spoiled drinking some of the greatest coffee I have ever had. Since moving back to our home state I have really missed enjoying great cup of coffee but luckily I found a little piece on the Pacific NW in Alabama! The owner definitely knows what he is doing and you can tell he loves every minute of it. I will be coming back time and time again!!!

As someone who lived in the pacific northwest and was spoiled with the amazing coffee there, I was struggling to find any coffee shops I liked since moving back to the south east... 10/10 best coffee in Huntsville, period! I used to be a huge believer in cheap, fast food "coffee" but Rooster's Crow has opened my eyes to the wonders of high quality, genuine coffee. You can tell how much heart goes into every cup. The atmosphere there is very cozy, and welcoming. Perfect for work or play. Definitely come and try this place out, trust me you won't regret it!
