Thursday night (steak night) is just awesome at Ms. Sherry's place. Mr Jerry cooks some of the most delicious, melt-in-your-mouth steaks to be found anywhere. A steak, plated salad, and a side dish is the perfect meal. I do wish a baked potato was to be had, because that's the perfect pairing to me. But the new potato casserole is a good substitute, and the Mac and Cheese is also top notch. I love this great little restaurant any time, for lunch or dinner. Wonderful people and great food. What more can you ask for? Wish there was a way to give seven or eight more stars!

This is one of my top favorite restaurants. I've been in there several times and so far I've only gotten one plate - fried chicken, mac and cheese, and fried okra, and it's so good that I can't bring myself to try anything else. I know everything is probably great, but I haven't brought myself to shake it up yet.

The food is always sooooo good. Meat and veggies are my fave and I love to eat at Sherry's. If you haven't tried it then what are you waiting for?

The food is always excellent. Their fried chicken is the best, and I've never been disappointed by anything I have ordered there.

Great food! Great service nice people. I had fried chicken, green beans, Mac and cheese fried okra and for desert fudge pie. Everything was excellent. Nice people too!

First time there. Sherry was very accommodating of my small holiday gathering. The food was delicious and the service was great. I’ll definitely be back.

Excellent southern style food and I eat only healthy foods but I can get a good dose of greens and black eyed peas and avoid the meat. I wish they had real butter and not that fake spread, only real drawback.

Eat there a lot but my only complaint is sweet cornbread and I don't like it sweet

Catered lunch for 30 and it was wonderful!! They were nice on the phone and Sherry was wonderful in person. The slaw was wonderful, but their mac and cheese is out of this world! Can't wait to use them again.

The food was delicious & the service was great. We came right before closing time & they still made my husband's chicken fried steak fresh & my fried green tomatoes also. We're visiting from Maryland & this was our last southern meal before heading to the airport. Thank you for the southern hospitality.

I have come twice now-once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times for was delicious and great portion. Kitchen staff were super friendly. Only complaint I have is both times our server was not very friendly. They took care of us fine but didn't have a smile once. Lunch was an adult and dinner was a younger lady. Not a deal breaker by any means we will for sure be back!

Maybe we've just hit it on bad days, we've been about 3 times over the years, but we went Easter Sunday and were disappointed again. I got the ham, which looked like a ham loaf, but cut too thick and very dry. My husband got the roast which was also very dry and only had a dribble of gravy. We both got mashed potatoes which were lukewarm at best, and runny. The free cupcakes were good, and the banana pudding we got to go was very good as well. According to the reviews a lot of people love their food, but 3 strikes and we're out.
