Great coffee great staff!!!!! Prices are always seem kind of high for coffee but you really pay for quality and it's very beneficial when your a reward member!!!!!

The employees are rude. They were going to charge me each individual item to go in my drink. And the way they talked to me was just bad they had a bad tone with me to begin with. I won't be back. I love Starbucks and that's the worst experience I have ever had. Hire people who know what they are doing and who love their job!!! 👌

Great pace to study, get coffee, and deserts. They also have fast free WiFi so you can easily do internet work also.

The coffee is GREAT, but the staff & service are terrible. There will typically be only one employee working no matter how long the line may be. I went Friday for two cups of COFFEE.. nothing blended, shaken, or stirred, and waited 30 minutes- for just COFFEE. Worst Starbucks In Birmingham.

Too slow and people are rude and if your not friends with the help you don't get service or when you do they are mad that you had the never to bother them

it was good coffee. you can get a cup next door at mcdonald for $1 thats just as good for 1/4 of the cost though.
