The last two times I have gone to this location and asked for Pumpkin Spice Latte they have been out of it. This is the season for PSL! I can being out of it once, but twice??!!

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks location, by far. They know my order when I pull up to the Drive-thru. The staff is courteous, helpful, and always doing what they can to make sure you're happy. They're great at telling you little secrets about your drink and how you might enjoy it better made this way or that way. If it's not tasty, they'll gladly remake it, no questions asked. The prices aren't bad. The Starbucks rewards program is great however they could make some simple changes. This location is the best. If you love your morning coffee, it's the place to be. Espresso makes my heart smile!

We love our coffee and love the staff at this Starbucks location. My fianc├® and I have become to know the managers and pretty much all the employees because they see us so much lol. They know us by name and know our children and even our furbaby, Atticus Finch, they just love when we bring him. We always feel so welcome and if anything is the slightest bit off or doesn't taste how we like it, they are so apologetic and fix it right away! This store is very clean and tidy, I feel at home when I go here. Thanks Starbucks!

**~Update on 10/14/17~**
I continue to love this Starbucks in Colonial Promenade Shopping ­¤øŹ Center! Today, I lost a ten, looked everywhere for it in my car (this is after I ordered in drive thru, embarrassed bc I'm at the window to pay and I've lost my $10 bill, and dont have my CC card or debit ­¤Æ│. And didn't have it on my app either. So I go inside and tell I can't find it anywhere throw the drink away.... and of course Mandy ( one of the most awesome managers there) comes out, and says "Oh it's Sarah, just give her her driving, don't worry about it"....The whole staff there knows my husband and I bc we come through just about daily.... Thank you!

One of the smallest Starbucks I've been too. Always busy and full of people. Not a lot of seating and the tables they do have are crammed in close together. But I do love their outdoor seating, very comfortable and modern. The staff are also very wonderful.

It's a nice atmosphere and they're really fast about getting your order. The seating is very light so it's probably better to just get your order to go

Clean coffee shop, and great curb appeal. Friendly staff made it a great stop along the highway

Worst Starbucks experience ever. Sat in line for 8 minutes before I was even greeted or asked what I wanted, and I was first in line. The whole store was running around like a mad house very unorganized. Several people that were waiting for their coffee kept asking where it was because it was taking so long, it seems like they were only focused on the drive-thru. Definitely not worth the $5 I paid for my coffee today.

This is a really great Starbucks because of how they cater to there customer base. They always do their best to ensure your order is complete, an exact on how you wanted it. I honestly feel like they go the extra mile for it.

Same friendly people here all the time. I enjoy stopping here because it is never very busy or crowded since it is on the less trafficked end of the shopping mall.

I always know I'm going to have a great experience here! The staff is always so friendly and energetic. They always have fun while maintaining their efficiency both in-store and in the drive-thru.
