Having a Starbucks at work is clutch but the 5 stars are due to one employee. Oneshia is spectacular. Her customer service is outstanding. She remembers people's orders as well as there names. Thanks Oneshia for always being on top of it!

My visit to Starbucks was a mixed bag. The location at 615 18th St S, Birmingham, AL 35233, USA is convenient, but parking was a nightmare. The coffee was decent, though nothing to write home about. The staff seemed distracted, which affected the service speed.
