At Union Jack British Cafe, located at Independent Drive, Rainbow City, AL 35906, the coffee is consistently average. It's not the worst I've had, but it lacks that special something. The staff are pleasant, and the shop is clean, but with the competition out there, I think they could try to add a little flair to their brews or maybe offer some unique pastries to stand out.,Union Jack British Cafe,Independent Drive, Rainbow City, AL 35906
