I had high hopes for Wallace State Cafe, but it fell short of my expectations. The latte tasted burnt, and the barista seemed disinterested. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Wallace State Cafe at 801 Main St NW, Hanceville, Alabama 35077. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.
