These folks have been at their location at last 10 years. It's a three person run cafe. Fantastic strawberry pretzel salad. All of the entries I've tried are excellent too. Neat little place to stop for lunch! Very quaint too.

So, I stumbled upon Westside Coffee Place & Cafe in 2699 Sandlin Rd SW B5, Decatur, AL 35601, USA, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Westside Coffee Place & Cafe left me underwhelmed. The coffee was lukewarm, and the ambiance felt sterile. It lacked the charm I look for in a coffee shop. I hope they work on improving the quality and warmth of their service.

I'd like to give a shoutout to the incredible staff at Westside Coffee Place & Cafe located at 2699 Sandlin Rd SW B5, Decatur, AL 35601, USA. Not only did they craft a beautiful latte with intricate latte art, but their passion for coffee was contagious. It made my visit truly memorable.
