Probably the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The nitro cold brew is great, though I have been twice recently where they have been out of the non-nitro cold brew and that’s disappointing.

Love everything about this place except that there was no cycling being aired. It's July and the manager didn't seem tuned into the fact that it was Stage 2 of the Tour de France! Nonetheless, I enjoyed a perfect cup of coffee and tasty breakfast, in a wonderful atmosphere-- as usual. I won't lie, I was disappointed about the decision to not air cycling, and the rationale behind the decision seemed lame. I love this place and ofcourse will remain a regular customer, but as an avid cycling fan I wanted management to know that there is support for your business to continue to promote cycling.

Great coffee and simple yet delicious food at a decent price. The only breakfast place in the area open before 10:00am. Haven't been there at night but the beer selection has always been impressive. Definitely a gem in Woodlawn.

The coffee here is fresh. The pastries are wonderful. And it has that nice cozy coffee shop atmosphere that small independent shops generally do.

Calm, music not to loud, and easy going bar top with the staff. Food is great and tea was nice. I'm from Hawaii with Kona coffee so I am jaded on the good stuff. You won't find anything nicer nearby the airport. The place reminds me of cafes in Kaka'ako.

Incredible, locally sourced food in a unique all-welcoming atmosphere spinning the best vinyl collection in Birmingham. Staff is very friendly and the food is fresh, delicious, and very reasonably priced. Menu changes with the season and local availability. Don't forget the coffee too! Stop searching and go here, you won't regret it.

We visited on our way through Birmingham because this restaurant was listed as the top rated Yelp restaurant in Alabama. Great coffee, helpful staff and a neat and very clean location were a plus. The portions offered were too small for the price and there was only one non-vegetarian option on the menu for the warm dishes. The chicken thigh they served atop wild rice was very tasty though it didn't look appetizing. We ordered a locally made kombucha which was quite tasty.

We also ordered a spice ~ carrot cake muffin and a savory bacon and cheese scone since we were still hungry. Both were very, very good. The muffin was not too sweet and the scone was really well done. We had a latte and espresso with our baked goods. Both were creamy and rich and surprisingly not that expensive considering the price of the other menu items.
