I had a terrible experience at Alaska Coffee Roasting Company. The coffee at Fairbanks North Star was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Alaska Coffee Roasting Company managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
