So, I ventured into Fish Eye Coffee in 607 Halibut Point Rd, Sitka, Alaska 99835, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
