Iditacup Espresso & Pizza Gourmet needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.

I have mixed feelings about my experience at Iditacup Espresso & Pizza Gourmet at 4360 S Knik Goose Bay Rd, Wasilla, Alaska 99623. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep. I appreciated the attention to detail in their coffee-making process, but I hope they can work on their efficiency.
