I was thoroughly impressed with my visit to Java Hüs at 212 N Nordic Dr, Petersburg, Alaska 99833. The barista's knowledge about different coffee beans and brewing methods was astounding. I took their recommendation and tried the V60 pour-over, which was a revelation. The bright and fruity notes of the coffee danced on my taste buds, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the art of coffee making.
