I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rose'S Cafe - Healy during a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations. Nestled in Mile 251 Parks Hwy, Healy, Alaska, this coffee shop offers a unique coffee experience. The iced mocha I ordered was a delightful combination of chocolate and espresso, and the latte art was a visual treat.
