I had high expectations for Sophie'S Kafe Neo, but my recent visit to the 7331 E Palmer Wasilla Hwy, Wasilla, Alaska 99645 location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
