So, I tried Steamdot Coffee yesterday, and honestly, I was a bit disappointed. The cappuccino was kinda meh, and the place felt a bit too sterile for my liking. Maybe I just hit it on an off day, but it didn't quite hit the mark for me.

So, I ventured into Steamdot Coffee in 4820 Fairbanks Street, Anchorage, AK 99503, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
