I had a terrible experience at The Spice & Tea Exchange. The coffee at 10950 O'Malley Centre Drive, Anchorage, AK 99515 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but The Spice & Tea Exchange managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
