I had high hopes for Tram Plaza Grind Coffee Co., but it didn't live up to them. The coffee was bitter, and the service was slow at the South Franklin, Juneau, Alaska 99801 location. I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
