The owners Lizeth and Luis are the most amazing person ever. Best service you can find in a restaurant. The food is cooked great and at a great price. A must stop for breakfast or lunch
Good food the prices are a little steep but the quality is there
Great Food! Great Service!
Had a quick lunch here, and ordered the Green Chile Burger Medium Rare, and received a well done patty. The french fries were really good but there weren't enough of them to justify the almost $10.00 price of the plate. Maybe I'll go back to try the breakfast some time.
Clean, quaint, good food & service.
Good breakfast and the cinnamon bun was very tasty
Me and my husband went there for lunch. We both ordered a grilled ham and cheese with french fries. My husband's sandwich came with him in it. Mine did not have any ham in it just cheese. I sent it back for them to put him in it. Both my husband and I complained that the cheese was like plastic . It is a very very cheap cheese. It did not even melt. The french fries are shoestring potatoes. There was like 15 of them on the plate for each of us. The waitress brought us our drinks to begin with and then sent someone else every time we needed a refill or to ask us if we needed anything she never waited on us at all just wiping down counters telling the other guy what to do. I was not impressed with the waitress staff at all. I I'm very disappointed in the direction this little cafe has taken. I was a frequent customer for the last 10 years. I am not impressed at all with the new management or the staff at this quaint little restaurant. The meal was so unsatisfactory that we did not even order dessert. Ordering dessert at all whole Cafe is a staple. It is something that you always do because they have the most wonderful homemade pies. We were afraid to try the homemade pies. I do not recommend you go there for lunch. Maybe the breakfast is different I do not know anymore as I have not been there in a year or so. I would rather take the $20 that we spent on the two grilled sandwiches to a different establishment. What a huge huge disappointment as to the direction this restaurant taken.
Love this place. The food is always good and big portions.
I ordered the Reuben. It came with a single sliver you had to pull apart the pieced of bread to see. They tried to make good on it and put some more meat on it, but it was still possibly the worst Reuben I have ever had. The portion of fries was tiny. I paid over $10 for one of the worst meals I have had in years. I won't be going back
Ajo Cafe is a coffee aficionado's dream. The beans are sourced from exotic locales, and you can taste the difference in every cup. The friendly baristas are always happy to share their coffee knowledge.
