I had a disappointing experience at Big House Cafe. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 104 East 4th Street, Casa Grande, Arizona 85122, United States location were far from accommodating. I won't be giving it another chance.

Big House Cafe needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.
