The coffee at Black Cat Coffee House was decent, but the staff at 4730 E Indian School Rd (at N Arcadia Dr), Phoenix, AZ 85018, United States seemed disinterested in serving customers. While the coffee was passable, the lackluster service left a sour taste in my mouth. The baristas appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic about their work, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
