So, I ventured into Blue Coyote Café in 9800 Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale Az, Scottsdale, Arizona 85256, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The caf√© had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.
