Had a chance to pop into Cartel Coffee Lab at 1 N 1st St #100 (at E Washington St), Phoenix, AZ 85004, United States, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good. The café has a rustic charm with wooden furniture and indie tunes playing in the background. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy your coffee without any fuss.

Cartel Coffee Lab was a disappointment. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were bland. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning anytime soon.
