Many people today find it necessary to eat a certain way because of Type 2 Diabetes, Heart Disease, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol or other medical conditions. The good news is that studies have shown many of the above-mentioned conditions can be reversed or greatly reduced with diet and exercise. Maintaining a dietary plan can be challenging, so we are committed to supporting you on your journey. We have an extensive library of dietary plans and experience preparing those recipes, utilizing available organic or locally grown produce.
Cooking and preparation classes are available and fun! Do you belong to a group or have a few friends who are interested in healthy eating? We will be happy to have an interactive presentation about the plans that are available and may work best for you.
