The coffee is never good here I don't know if it's the owner or manager does not talk to women nice at all super a hole to my wife in the drive thru if you ask for an assortment you get what he gives you otherwise he makes a big deal about it
Love the donuts and the coffee, but.... Yesterday, though the place was not that busy, the clerk seemed frazzled. I asked for two vanilla cremes and a decaf coffee. First, he had a hard time grasping that I only wanted two donuts. Then, there were no vanilla cremes in the case and the person who I took to be the manager told him to go "back and ask him to make a couple." The clerk went back and promptly returned and stared blankly at me. The mgr asked if "he" had made them and the clerk grunted at her what she took to be "no." So I said to just give me a couple of the chocolate cremes. The clerk took out a big box and put the TWO donuts in it and handed it to me. He rung me up, I paid and waited for my coffee. He finally came with TWO coffees. I told him I only wanted one and handed back the second one. He then turned and went to helping the next person in line. I finally left...with no refund for the second coffee because it wasn't worth the time to help the clerk grasp the situation! I will go back...primarily because the manager did try to be helpful and I LOVE the donuts...but they need to send this clerk back to training or get a new one!
Horrible service. Always an excuse that they are short staffed (every time). The line barely moves. Terrible.

I had a less than stellar experience at Dunkin'. The mocha was overly sweet, and the staff seemed disorganized. It's a shame because I had heard good things about this place.
