I literally just left this store 10 mins ago. The staff were all friendly, sweet, energetic & kind. Especially to my son. I don't want to go into details, but a special thank you to the employee who reached out to my very meek & quiet 5 year old. You made his day. Your kindness won't be forgotten.

I don't understand the hype around Dunkin'. The coffee was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was slow, and I felt like I was forgotten in the corner of the 6606 E. McKellips Rd, #101, Mesa, Arizona 85215 location.
