The young lady behind the counter was very nice. The donut I like the best was shaped like a heart. And it had plenty of filling, not just a tiny squirt to make it appear to have a filling.

Being from New England, DD is my go to coffee spot. Their coffee is always strong, food is fresh, and staff is friendly! ??

I grew up in New England. I LOVE Dunkin coffee and will go out of my way to get it. Unfortunately in AZ, I usually have to go out of my way. More unfortunately for me, the DD on FLW is the closest one to me. I can't begin to say how FRUSTRATING it is to go in that one! There are a few good employees. Some who actually have a speed other than sloth. There are also a few, GREG comes to mind, who have only sloth as a speed. I go in to get my morning coffees, and it is SO SLOW!!! I have seen people walk out after waiting more than 15 minutes to be acknowledged at the counter. I say that because I have and to wait 15 minutes for an order that was placed as an ON THE GO order through the app more than 10 minutes before walking in. I placed an ON THE GO order this morning at 7:38. I was 10 minutes away, so I placed it early, knowing the history of the slow factor there. I walked in and it was not only not done, but GREG was working on someone else's order. There were 2 people in the store at the time. He said they were "really busy" when I complained about the fact that I ordered more than 10 minutes ago and it hadn't been started. He actually said, and I quote "If we are not doing a good enough job for you, you can always go SOMEPLACE ELSE" !?!?!?!?!?! What the actual? He then proceeded to make my 3 coffees. 1 was black with 1 splenda. 2 were supposed to be cream and 4 splenda. He made one of those with sugar instead of splenda. Those 2 were for a diabetic. If I had not been watching, I would now have a diabetic with blood sugar spiking because there was sugar instead of splenda.

I am SO INCREDIBLY disappointed in this store. I have been to others that are just fine, but this location is NOTORIOUS for poor service. I truly feel badly for some of the other employees who seem to care about the fact that people are on their way to work and don't have 30 minutes to wait for 3 COFFEES! I SO WISH this location could get its act together! >:-(

D&D on Frank Lloyd Wright and Via Linda...how to rate these Clowns?...they couldnt get shit right if they tried. The other day they fucked up a "black iced coffee" miniscule amount of ice... heard the old term "she could burn boiling water"? Exactly. Go through the drive thru, you should tell them whatever you feel like throwing in the cup as they rarely get it right...Dumb and Dumber is what the should call the place...

Something is wrong with the ownership or the management of this place. The employees are not professional, people are waiting forever for simple items, and it is probably the worst coffee shop experience I've ever had . Unfortunately it's always like that every time I go there . The only reason I keep going is because there's an outdoor seating that I don't have to listen to the loud employees inside joking around but they do join me outside on frequent breaks every few minutes just sitting down and chilling out

I was excited to try Dunkin' in 11218 N Frank Lloyd Wright Bvd, Scottsdale, Arizona 85259, but it didn't live up to the hype. The latte was bland, and the service was slow. I expected more from a coffee shop with such great reviews.

I had high hopes for Dunkin', but sadly, it fell short of my expectations. The coffee tasted burnt, and the prices were quite high for what was offered. I left with a sense of disappointment and doubt whether I'd return.
